Sage Pork Chop



1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Ground Coffee

2 TBSP Kosher Salt

2 TBSP Ground Star Anis

2 TBSP Coarse Ground Black Pepper

2 TBSP Smoked Paprika

2 TBSP Garlic Powder

2 TBSP Onion Powder

2 TBSP Cumin Powder

2 TBSP Dried Oregano

2 TBSP Dried Oregano


2 TBSP Red Pepper Flake or Cayenne Pepper



  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Put into airtight container.
  • Apply libberly to your beef of choice.


  • Should cover a 10 lbs roast without issue, but may need to scale for larger cuts.
